On a chilly busy day in NYC, we tried Rancho Tequileria for Mexican food. The tacos and fish were just okay, but the garlic shrimp stood out. Service was friendly, though some staff chatter felt a bit unprofessional. Not likely to return with so many better options nearby.
We had an amazing second visit to Ma Peche where the food and service truly shine. From the crunchy broccoli to the spicy habanero fried chicken, every dish impressed. Even the dessert, which was a bit off last time, ended the meal perfectly this time around.
Dos Caminos offers decent guacamole, empanadas, and tacos with friendly, laid-back service. It’s a good spot for a relaxed family dinner but not one I’d go out of my way for. If something on the menu catches your eye, it’s worth giving a try.
