Logitech G432 Gaming Headset Review: Solid Brand but Lacking Immersive Sound Quality

07/29/2021, 7:21 am Angel Rodriguez 0

During the pandemic, I tested many wired headsets at Bestbuy and finally settled on the Steelseries Arctis 1 wireless. While I liked Logitech as a brand, their G432 headset didn’t deliver the bass or immersive sound I wanted, sounding a bit treble-heavy compared to others.

Why Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Hooked Me After Just One Game

04/27/2021, 10:44 pm Angel Rodriguez 0

Jumping into Call of Duty late, I tried Cold War after dealing with hacked stats in older games. The 5-day trial hooked me instantly, and playing with friends from Modern Warfare 2 made it even better. If you’re a COD fan, definitely give it a shot!

04/05/2021, 11:13 pm Angel Rodriguez 0

Just started playing Modern Warfare 2 after years of Counterstrike GO, and I’m loving it. Adjusting to the aimed down sights instead of hip firing is tough, but the game’s really fun. Slowly learning maps and getting better day by day. Thinking about trying newer Call of Duty games!

03/24/2021, 11:18 pm Angel Rodriguez 0

I tried a few mice but the Logitech G603 quickly became my favorite. It fits my hand well, switches easily between Bluetooth and dongle, and performs flawlessly in games like Counterstrike and Call of Duty. Simple, reliable, and comfortable—definitely a great buy for gamers.

My Journey Playing CounterStrike GO: From Noob to Tazer Expert

03/17/2021, 7:31 am Angel Rodriguez 0

I’ve been playing CounterStrike since my trading floor days, starting out terrible at aiming and maps. Now, I mostly stick to deathmatch, tazing and knifing my way through matches. I’m no pro, but I’ve definitely improved and can hold my own against many players.

Why Do Some Guys Get Toxic When They Hear Gamer Girls in Voice Chat?

03/12/2021, 12:12 am Angel Rodriguez 1

Why do some guys turn toxic the moment a gamer girl speaks? It’s baffling how insults fly just because she’s female, especially when she’s skilled. This hostility says a lot about some players, and I’m curious—what’s the real objective behind this behavior?

How to Fix Hakchi C8 Error on NES Classic by Organizing Games into Folders

08/10/2020, 7:24 am Angel Rodriguez 0

If you’ve added a lot of games to your NES Classic using Hakchi, watch out for the C8 Error on shutdown. It happens when too many games are on the main menu. Sorting them into folders by first letter helped me fix this without deleting titles I love.

Episode 116 – BJJ Safety, Abuse Concerns, and Changing Attitudes in the Jiu Jitsu Community
by@Angelrtalk

Some time ago, I wrote a post saying I wasn’t completely comfortable with my wife training jiu jitsu with men. The reaction from many practitioners was intense. I was called insecure, and some people insisted that abuse simply doesn’t happen in the BJJ community.

Since then, I’ve seen more and more posts and discussions acknowledging that jiu jitsu has had issues with grooming and abuse, and that these problems have existed for years. It’s been interesting to watch that shift. When I first shared my concerns, a lot of higher belts and experienced practitioners dismissed my perspective. Now, many of those same types of voices openly recognize that these problems are real.

That contrast is hard to ignore. I talk about it in more detail in episode 116.

I saw something similar during my time in the military. In environments that are heavily male dominated, with very few women, the risk of misconduct can increase. My concerns were never about insecurity. They were about awareness, caution, and looking out for the people I care about.
